Located on the edge of the Royal National Park in Maianbar, NSW, Bushhaven offers completely private and self contained accommodation. The house is situated on top of the hill with water views, and only 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Our accommodation is suitable for two couples or a family. The features of the house include:
- two double bedrooms each with queen size beds
- two bathrooms, one bedroom with an ensuite
- third bedroom with double bunks.

- large lounge room
- large kitchen with separate dinning
- lots of verandas with bush and water views

Conditions of Stay
Payment and Bond Conditions
* A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, the balance payable upon arrival when collecting the keys – only payment by Credit Card or Cash – sorry NO Cheques accepted.
* Total payment is required if the reservation is within 4 weeks of arrival.
* In addition to the 50% Deposit for the accommodation, a $1000.00 bond is also required – payment can be against a Credit card, and details must be provided and shown when requested, alternatively a $1000.00 cash bond is acceptable when collecting the keys. The Bond will be refunded upon departure provided the property is left undamaged.
Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
* Written cancellation notice of four weeks is required for payment to be credited against a future stay within six months of the reservation.
* Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit, unless the entire period is booked by others.
* Holiday plans can be affected by influences beyond your control, so it is suggested that you purchase domestic travel insurance through a travel agent.
Booking Amendments
A charge of $25 will apply to any modification after confirmation of the original booking.
